Have a little Bar 10 I mess around with and thought I'd do a little inexpensive upgrade to it, so I got this. Haven't had a chance to officially chrono it, but with the poor man's it went through the top and continued to dent the bottom, so I would give it a 500+ fps rating. Good, cheap upgrade - but well made.
