I thought that maybe the power and accuracy of the gun would suck due to the plastic gearbox. Definitely not so. I put a sturdy shoebox against my wall with its cover on, and this gun ripped through both sides and ended up denting HUGE holes in my wall from a distance of about 8 feet. At 20+ feet it won't go through the backside of the shoebox but will still go through the front. The only two downsides I've experienced are 1. A few of the small plastic pieces on the gun aren't very sturdy and break easily 2. I had to maximize the strength of the hop-up system otherwise the bb's would curve download like crazy.
