HOW do I use a GIFT CARD to make a purchase?
  To use a Gift Card, you need to:
  1. Register your gift card online (name, address).
  2. Enter same billing information when you checkout.

We accept any gift credit card, visa mc AmEx Discover, but you are required to register your card before you purchase from us for security purposes. To register your card, see the instruction come with your gift card or the back of your card, there should be a internet address. Goto that address and register your information like name, address. After you register your gift card, ensure you use the same billing and shipping address when you buy from us.


You might able to use your gift card immediately after you brought it from a store, but internet transaction required to verify your name & address. Because we do not swipe your card physically, this is an extra protection for our customers.
How do I use TWO credit cards to pay my order ?

I tried to place the order but it FAILED. I check my bank statement I see Double charges from HitGuns, Help !
  When you tired to order and it failed because your address do not match or your bank is holding up the transaction for your authorization.

If an order did not go thought, All the charges on your Card are JUST TEMPORARILY Authorization. Those are NOT charges, and they will disappear after 2-5 business days. It might take longer time and that depends on your credit card issuer. Our Temporarily Authorization will expire in 24 hours. After that it depends on your credit card issuer policy.
My Credit Card cannot go through, help !
  We were trying to protect all our customer, the Credit Card Billing address MUST match with you credit card. You might have recently moved or having you bill send to your PO box therefore the order did not go through.
Please input your correct Billing Address, if you wish do send the order to a different address, please PUT NOTE on your order and SEND us Authorization Form. (there is a section at bottom to allow you to put notes when u order.)
Sales Tax ? Do i have to pay ?
  We are located in California, therefore any order ship to CA address will be taxed for 9.75%. Our city district is slightly higher than other places of california (9.25%). Please refer to California BOE for more information.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged usually when you place the order, or under different circumstances in will charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
