1) How to order -To start browsing our website for guns, please
choose the correct category/brand you wish to purchase. This menu can be found
on the left hand side of our home page, highlighted in Blue:
-Our popular brands include JG, CYMA, DBOY, which are Mid-Level guns, as well as
KWA and G&G, which are our High-End brands.
2) Accessorize your gun -Once you have chosen the gun you wish to
purchase, you will be provided with a large selection of accessories.
-The accessories will be listed under the drop-down menus as shown in the
picture below, highlighted in Blue:
-We highly recommend selecting the starter
package, which includes a very high quality charger to prolong the life of your
-Once you are done choosing the accessories, please click "Add To Cart". Be sure
to click this button only once to prevent duplicates in your cart.
3) Checking Out -When you have selected all the items you wish to
purchase and you are ready to check out,go to your shopping cart. Please refer
to the image below.

-When you are finished with this. Please
click "Proceed to checkout" if you are a new customer. For returning customers,

4) HOW do I use a GIFT
CARD to make a purchase?
To use a Gift Card, you need to:
Register your gift card online (name, address).
Enter same billing information when you checkout.
We accept any gift credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), but you are
required to register your card before you purchase from us for security
purposes. To register your card, see the instruction come with your gift card or
the back of your card, there should be a internet address. Goto that address and
register your information like name, address. After you register your gift card,
ensure you use the same billing and shipping address when you buy from us.
You may able to use your gift card immediately after you brought it from a
store, but internet transactions require you to verify your name & address. Because
we do not swipe your card physically, this is an extra protection for our
5) Error Messages -If you see an error message like the one below
highlighted in Blue when adding an item to
your shopping cart, it means that either the item or the accessory you are
trying to add is out of stock.
-You may need to go back and choose other accessories, as "Out-of-Stock"

6) Different Billing and Shipping
Addresses -Normally, we do not ship to different addresses
other than the billing address provided to protect you, the customer, from
