If you received an email saying your order is completed, that means we have already process your order and successfully printed a SHIPPING LABEL and SENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE.
After the package sent to warehouse, it will be packed carefully and picked up by carrier as soon as possible.
Your tracking information has been sent to you via email, however please allow 24-48 hours to update the Real Time Tracking information. at the mean time the tracking number might shown not found.

If you order status is
Processing = we will process your order with 48 hours
Complete = we have already process your order and successfully printed a SHIPPING LABEL and SENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE.
