Order Status
Can I walk in to make a purchase? I live close by.
  We currently do not have will call pickup service available. Please order it online and we will deliver to you.
I tried to track my order but the tracking number said NOT FOUND?
 
If you received an email saying your order is completed, that means we have already process your order and successfully printed a SHIPPING LABEL and SENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE. After the package sent to warehouse, it will be packed carefully and picked up by carrier as soon as possible.

Your tracking information has been sent to you via email, however please allow 24-48 hours to update the Real Time Tracking information. at the mean time the tracking number might shown not found.
I won't be around when delivery, what can I do ? Fedex can hold your shipment for pickup.
 

If you have chosen Fedex as your delivery carrier,
Fedex can hold those packages for convenient pickup.
 
You can direct it to a nearby FedEx location. Or you can request to redirect an in-transit FedEx Express, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery shipment to a nearby FedEx location in the same delivery area. They will hold FedEx Express shipments for pickup at more than 2,400 FedEx locations nationwide. And now you can pick up FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery shipments at FedEx Office too.

Has my order shipped?

If you order status is

Processing = we will process your order with 48 hours

Complete = we have already process your order and successfully printed a SHIPPING LABEL and SENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE. After the package sent to warehouse, it will be packed carefully and picked up by carrier as soon as possible.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

My product is missing parts.
  Compare the package content with our website listing to see if the any content are missing. The chances are the item box / manual are generic version which show many stuffs that intended for other version. Our website listing should be the most accurate one.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
