When firing my airsoft gun, the BB's simply roll out the barrel or has no power at all. Is my gun defective?

There are 3 possible scenerios for this problem.
1. The battery power is low or it has simply gone bad.
Solution:
Please try charging the battery for another hour and feel if it gets warm. If it does not, please use a voltmeter/battery tester to test both the battery and the charger to see if they are giving off the proper voltage. If you do not have a battery tester available, please take both the battery and the charger to a nearby electronics store and have them test it for you.
If the battery and the charger is fine, move on to case 2.
2. Feeding problems.
Test:
The magazine always has to fit tightly in the gun, or it will cause feeding problems. What you may want to try to do is put your palm under the magazine and apply pressure upwards towards the gun while shooting.
If the magazine seems to fit tightly in the gun and the pressure test shows the same results:
