Haven't tested these yet, but ordering was easy, shipping was fast, delivery sooner than expected.

Online chat time could use some improvement.  I was 2nd in line for 5 mins, then next in line for almost 1/2 hr.  Gave up and called.  Staff on phone was very helpful.
